Respiratory Illness

We made the following updates for Respiratory Illness management:

• The Test Results report is now limited to only results for Respiratory Illness test types.

• Patient users can now view all past notifications for their Respiratory Illness test results.

• Patient users can now view follow-up instructions associated with their completed Respiratory Illness surveys.

• Fixed: Some Respiratory Illness notifications were not sending.

Compliance

We made the following updates for compliance calculation:

• Fixed: Compliance was not updating for some patient users with historical accommodations.

• Fixed: Incorrect vaccine compliance calculations for patient users submitting Titer test results.

Miscellaneous

• Clinical users can no longer update the status of a self-reported vaccine dose submission from a patient user’s Vaccines page. Review self-reported vaccine doses in the Validation Queue or Review Queues.

• You can now send a custom communication to a patient-user while viewing their Declination request.

• Fixed: Historical declinations displayed under Accommodations in the Account Summary. They are now under Declinations.
