Manage compliance rules in TMV
The compliance rules for participants in TMV are managed in Manage Compliance. Rules can be made for the following compliance types:
Vaccine
Fit Testing
Form
Lab Test
Tuberculosis Test
Manage compliance rules
To manage your compliance rules for participants:
In your clinical/admin portal, go to Manage Compliance.

Build a new compliance rule
At the bottom of the Manage Compliance Rules page, click Add New Rule.

Review the guide for each compliance type to understand how to correctly build and manage a compliance rule for that type.
If you are missing one or more of the compliance types in your TMV instance, contact your TrackMy Client Success team.
Evaluating compliance for all participants after saving an enabled rule
After saving an Enabled rule of any type, you must select whether or not to evaluate compliance for all participants based on the rule’s new criteria.

In some cases, it is unnecessary to evaluate participants at the time of saving the rule. For example, when building a Flu rule over the summer, you do not need to evaluate participants at that time because none have received the dose for the upcoming Flu season.
If updating the criteria for an existing rule, do not reevaluate all participants if you want to allow any participants who are already compliant to remain compliant without meeting the new criteria.
If you select to evaluate all participants, please note that it may take a few hours for the compliance evaluation to run for all participants.
