Review participant compliance
Compliance Review
The Compliance Review gives you a real-time view of participant compliance status - both overall and broken down by individual rule. Use it to monitor populations, identify gaps, trigger evaluations, and send targeted communications.
Fast and accurate: real time compliance data is sourced at the moment of search
Flexible: filter by population, rule, and compliance status to see exactly what you need
Visual: progress bars and fraction displays make compliance easy to view at a glance
Communication-ready: send targeted messages directly from the results view
Compliance Review only includes required rules. To view the status of compliance for not-required rules, request a custom report from your TrackMy Client Success team.
Access the Compliance Review
To access the Compliance Review, log in to you TrackMy Account in your admin or clinical role. The Compliance Review tile is included on the homepage.
This tile only displays to clinical participants who have the associated permission.

Understanding the UI
Fraction Compliance
The Fraction Compliance shows how many required, applicable rules a participant has completed, displayed as a fraction and accompanied by a progress bar.
Numerator: Number of rules the participant has completed
Denominator: Total number of required rules that apply to the participant
The Fraction Compliance updates dynamically based on the Rules filter only. No other filter affects this value.
Filtered Compliance
The Filtered Compliance shows whether a participant has completed all currently selected rules (that apply to the participant). Like the Fraction Compliance, it reflects only the rules selected in the Rules filter.
Expanding a participant
Click on any participant row to expand it and see all required rules that apply to them. The rules shown will change based on the active Rules filter.
Triggering rule evaluation
When a participant is expanded, the reviewer can manually trigger rule evaluation for any individual rule using the Go button. This evaluates only that specific rule for that participant.
If an expected rule isn't displaying for a participant, they are likely not assigned to the User Group that rule is limited to.
To assign a User Group:
In the Compliance Review, click the participant's hyperlinked name to open their Account Summary.
In the profile area on the right, find the User Group list and select the relevant group.
The page will briefly reload - this saves the selection and triggers compliance evaluation for all rules tied to that group.
Close the Account Summary window.
The rule should appear in the Compliance Review within a few minutes once the compliance calculation completes.
Filters
Population filters
These filters define which participants are included in the results. Note that even within the selected population, only participants to whom the selected rules apply will appear.
Filter | Description |
|---|---|
Name / Email | Search by name or email address |
Hierarchy | Filter by organizational hierarchy |
HCP Role Type | Filter by healthcare professional role |
Registration Key | Filter by registration key |
User Groups | Filter by group membership |
Patient Tags | Filter by assigned tags |
Account Type | Filter by account type |
Rule Name filter
Determines which rules are included in the compliance view. Defaults to all rules.
This is the only filter that affects the Fraction Compliance, progress bar, Filtered Compliance, and displayed rules.
Things to know:
Non-required rules are never shown in this UI and are not available in the filter
Non-applicable rules are rules that are required but do not apply to a given participant due to age or participant Group restrictions. When a rule doesn't apply to a participant, that participant has
compliant = 2for that rule in the MVC table.
Compliance Status filter
Limits results to participants based on their compliance status for the selected rule(s).
This filter only displays when specific rules are selected.
When All Rules Are Selected (default)
When the query is open to all rule, the Compliance Status filter will not display. i.e., Only the All compliance status is available. This gives a broad view of overall compliance across your population.
Workaround: You can manually select all rules in the Rule Name list to enable status filtering, but be aware this query will take longer to load.
When Specific Rules Are Selected
Once you select specific rules, you can filter by:
Not Complete
Returns any participant who has not completed at least one of the selected rules. Expanding a participant shows the specific incomplete rules.
Participants that have never been calculated for a rule will not display in the Not Complete results.
In multi-rule Not Complete searches, a rule will not display for a participant if:
The participant has already completed that rule
The rule does not apply to the participant
Complete
Returns any participant who has completed at least one selected rule and has no incomplete rules. participants are not excluded if some rules simply don't apply to them.
In multi-rule Complete searches, a rule will be hidden for a participant if:
The participant has not completed that rule
The rule does not apply to the participant
💡 Tip: Filtering by participant Group + Rule together
When searching for a rule limited to a specific participant group, always filter by both the User Group and the Rule Name together. Without the user group filter, result pages may appear incomplete or inconsistent. Adding the user group filter ensures the population is scoped correctly and the reviewer will see consistent, clean pagination for the results.

Stacked Vaccine Rules
Stacked vaccine rule groups have specific behaviors in this UI.
All rules in the group must be selected to display stacked logic
Stacked vaccine rules only display as a group when all rules in the stacked group are selected in the Rules filter. It is the reviewer's responsibility to select all relevant rules for the vaccine type.
If only one rule from a stacked group is selected, only that individual rule is shown, and the participant's Filtered Compliance will reflect only that rule.
Filtering a stacked group by "Complete"
When filtering to Complete, only the specific rule a participant completed within the stacked group will appear in the results. Other rules in the group are hidden.
Stacked rules in "Not Complete" results
When a participant is complete for a stacked vaccine group overall but has other incomplete rules, the individual incomplete rule within the stacked group will appear in some Not Complete results.
This is expected behavior. It only occurs when the participant is not complete for other rules in the search. Once all other selected rules are completed, the participant will no longer appear in Not Complete results.
