View a user’s completed vaccine consent

Vaccine survey and consents are available to view while completing vaccine documentation.

Additionally, you can view any completed vaccine consents in Search for Patient.

1. In your clinical role, go to Search for Patient.

2. Search for the patient.

3. Click Review under Consents:

   

4. Completed consents will be hyperlinked. Click the consent you want to review.
