Submit your test results

If you take a test, such as a COVID-19 test, you can submit results on TrackMy to share with your organization.

To submit a test result:

  1. In your TrackMy portal, click Submit Test Result:

  1. Select the test type and click Submit a Test.

  2. Enter all required information.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Depending on your test result, your organization may ask you to complete more forms on TrackMy.


To view your submitted tests:

  1. In your TrackMy portal, go to the Account Summary tile.

  2. Select Tests in the side menu.

  3. Expand a test type to view your record(s).
