If you are exposed to a virus, or are experiencing symptoms, use TrackMy to report this to your organization.

1. In your TrackMy portal, click the Report Symptoms or Exposures tile:

2. Click Start to begin the relevant virus survey:

3. Complete the survey and click Submit.
