Contact TrackMy support

A link to TrackMy support is available at the bottom of your organization’s login page. This guide explains how to to contact TrackMy support within TrackMy Verivax.

  1. In your TrackMy portal, click the Help tile:

  1. Click Send a support request to TrackMy. The support portal will open in a new tab.

  2. In the support portal, click the Submit Ticket in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter your Name, Email, Subject, and Message.

  4. Click Submit request.

You will receive a response from a TrackMy support agent within one business day.
